Christine Cahill

Christine Cahill, Esq. is a Professor of Business Administration at St. Thomas Aquinas College, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business law, international business law, sports law with business applications, and general law. She holds a B.A. in political science (high honors) from Binghamton University and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. Prior to academia, she was a partner in Winston & Strawn LLP's corporate department, specializing in corporate finance, lending transactions, and corporate governance across domestic and multinational contexts.

Prof. Cahill is licensed in New York and Illinois and affiliated with the New York State Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and Rockland County Bar Association. She advises students preparing for law school or pursuing business careers. She serves as faculty advisor to the College Chess Club and co-advisor to the Business Club. Additionally, she is a member of the Curriculum Committee and former member of the Library Information and Resources Committee.
