Christine Armer serves as Cherokee Language Instructor in the Native American Language Program at the University of Oklahoma’s Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences. Her primary focus is on language preservation and education. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University (2005).
Areas of expertise include Cherokee language instruction and revitalization. She has coordinated the Native American Youth Language Fair at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History and serves as an evaluator for the Cherokee Test (CEOE).
