Christina Wöstemeyer

MA Christina Wöstemeyer is a researcher at the Institute for Religious Studies (IRW) at Leibniz University Hannover. Co-founder of the association "Kulturpixel e.V. – Social Diversity in Focus", she has been actively involved in diversity-sensitive educational consulting since 2014.

Her recent publications include contributions to the Handbook of Religious Studies in Germany (2023) and analyses of secular-ideological diversity in textbooks. She has coordinated major teacher training projects for the "Values and Norms" subject in Lower Saxony's vocational schools and Gymnasiums.

As part of the German Association for Religious Studies (DVRW), she co-founded the working group "Religious Studies and School" (AK RELSCHU). Her research projects include "DIDAREL" (2025-2027), focusing on religious studies didactics innovation.
