Christina Ramberg

Christina Ramberg is a Professor at Stockholm University's Department of Law, specializing in Civil Law with a focus on Commercial Contract Law, Sales Law, and Precedent as a Legal Source. She has authored 15 monographs and 59+ journal articles, including her 2017 book Prejudikat som rättskälla i förmögenhetsrätten and the 2023 Ole Lando Memorial Lecture on harmonizing European contract law via soft law and precedent.
