Christina Karlsson

Christina Karlsson is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences, Örebro University, affiliated with the Unit for Medical Diagnostics. She holds a PhD from Örebro University (2011), focusing on biomarkers in non-small cell lung carcinoma. Her roles include program director for the Biomedical Scientist program since 2014, teaching cell biology and morphological techniques across undergraduate and advanced courses in biomedical, radiography, and nursing programs.

Her research centers on biological and prognostic factors in tumor diseases, particularly lung, cervical, breast, and endometrial cancers.
