Christina Jones

Christina Jones is an Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Special Education Clinic at the University of Notre Dame's Notre Dame Law School, joining in 2024. Previously, she served as the U.S. Marine Corps' inaugural attorney for Exceptional Family Members in the National Capital Region, advocating for military families in special education and disability rights. She directed the Parents Engaged in Learning Equality (PELE) Special Education Advocacy Clinic at William & Mary Law School for five years and taught there. Her legal career includes a Bank of America Foundation Postgraduate Community Sustainability Fellowship at The Arc of the United States in Washington D.C.

Education: J.D. magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School (with notable awards), and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Professional involvement includes leadership in the GALILEE Program, Notre Dame London Law Programme, Moot Court Board, and externships with the Alliance for Catholic Education and Equip for Equality in Chicago.

Her research and advocacy focus on special education law, disability rights, and clinical legal education. She has received prestigious awards recognizing her contributions to social justice and legal advocacy.
