Christina Imdahl

Christina Imdahl is an Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), affiliated with the Operations Planning Accounting & Control (OPAC) group within the School of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences. Her research focuses on decision-making in operations management, combining stochastic and robust optimization with empirical analyses. She explores the integration of human behavior and algorithms in supply chain and inventory management contexts. Christina holds a PhD from Kuehne Logistics University and a MSc in Mathematics from Georg-August University in Göttingen.

Her research interests include optimizing supply chain operations, inventory control, and behavioral aspects of human-AI collaboration. Recent work emphasizes dynamic routing problems, inventory management under uncertainty, and human decision-making in forecasting systems.

Christina contributes to projects like HOPE (Human-Centered Optimization for Supply Chain Excellence) and Transitioning to a Circular Business Ecosystem, focusing on improving supply chain efficiency. She teaches courses on artificial intelligence in logistics, behavioral operations, and financial management.
