Christina Gagnier

Christina Gagnier is a Lecturer at the UCI School of Law and a Partner at Three-Point Law, specializing in technology law with a focus on cybersecurity, privacy, and blockchain. She advises clients on compliance with global data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD, and navigates emerging legal issues in digital currency, consumer privacy, and the sharing economy. A nationally recognized expert, she has served on federal committees, including the FCC’s Consumer Advisory Committee, and is listed as a privacy expert by The Washington Post’s ‘Technology 202.’
