Christina Carrasquilla is an Associate Teaching Professor in Graphic Information Technology at Arizona State University (ASU), affiliated with The Polytechnic School and the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. She co-founded the Device & Usability Learning Lab and focuses on user-centered design, cross-media production, and accessibility testing. Her teaching spans courses like Web Content Design, Cross Media Production, and UX consulting.
Education:
- B.A. in Music with a Minor in Studio Art Photography (University of Arizona, 2000)
- M.S. in Technology in Graphic Information Technology (ASU, 2011)
Research Interests: Includes device testing via the Device Wall, browser compatibility analysis, and collaborative design tools like the CollaboWall. She emphasizes usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and social media strategy.
