Chandra Crudup is an Associate Dean at the Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions and a Clinical Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at Arizona State University (ASU). She also holds affiliations with the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. As Acting Director of the Studio for Creativity, Place and Equitable Communities, her work focuses on integrating creative practices into social work and community development.

Research & Teaching: Her expertise spans equitable community development, social work education, and the application of creativity in public service. She has consistently taught Introduction to Social Work across multiple ASU campuses since 2020.
Labs/Teams: Leads the Studio for Creativity, Place and Equitable Communities, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to address systemic inequities through design and policy innovation.
