Christian Leyh

Prof. Dr. Christian Leyh is a Professor of General Business Administration with a focus on ERP systems and business analytics at the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) within the THM Business School. He also serves as Senior Expert in the 'Data and Platform-Based Value Creation' group at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy (IMW), Leipzig. His academic journey includes a PhD from TU Dresden (awarded the Dr.Feldbausch sponsorship award) and roles as a post-doctoral researcher and lecturer at multiple institutions.

Research interests center on digital transformation, ERP systems implementation, and digitalization challenges in SMEs. Key themes include low-code/no-code applications, digital skills maturity, and the impact of digital technologies on business processes.
