Christian Fichter

Prof. Dr. Christian Fichter is Vice Rector for Applied Research & Development at Kalaidos UAS and Dean of the School of Applied Psychology. His research examines psychological foundations of economic behavior.

Publications analyze consumer decision-making, brand perception, and economic psychology. Current projects investigate workplace motivation and economic policy impacts on SMEs. He serves on editorial boards and psychology associations.
