Dr. Christian Ehrlich is a Reader in Organisational Behaviour at the Oxford Brookes Business School, focusing on goal-setting theory, mental health, and well-being. He holds a PhD, MSc, and PGCert in relevant fields. His research centers on the Goal-Striving Reasons Framework, an innovative model he developed, which examines how motivations behind goals influence well-being and workplace performance. He has pioneered the Happiness through Goal-Setting Training and an AI-based Digital Well-Being Coach, aiming to enhance life quality and mental health.
