Christian Comberg

Dr. Christian Comberg is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation (CLIC) within HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. He concurrently serves as Head of Research at Berlin-based Doberman Ventures, a digital company builder. His roles emphasize research in business models and innovation within academic and corporate contexts.

Dr. Comberg holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a M.Sc. in General Management from the University of Leipzig. He pursued international studies in the US and Thailand and gained practical experience through internships in automotive supply (Shanghai) and management consultancy (Hamburg).

His research interests revolve around business model design, innovation processes in entrepreneurship, and technology transfer strategies. He previously worked as a research associate at HHL’s Schumpeter Junior Professorship in Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer and founded a company in the renewable energy sector, demonstrating a blend of academic and entrepreneurial expertise.
