Christakis Droussiotis is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Seton Hall University and holds similar roles at Columbia University, Fordham University, and Baruch College. He specializes in Investments, Credit Analysis, and Fintech, with a focus on corporate valuations and leveraged buyouts. With over 30 years in investment banking at institutions like Bank of America Merrill Lynch and SMBC, he manages a $10B portfolio in leveraged loans and private equity. He has authored multiple textbooks, including Credit Analyst's Survival Manual and Credit Risk Management and Analysis.
Education: MBA (Finance, Fairleigh Dickinson University, 1987) and BS (Business-Hospitality, Fairleigh Dickinson University, 1985). Awards include the 2025 Cyprus Diaspora Business Person of the Year and 2023 Fairleigh Dickinson Alumni Award.
