Chris Simcox

Chris Simcox is a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University's College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences, specializing in neurological rehabilitation since January 2022.

With 20+ years of clinical experience in the NHS, his expertise covers stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and brain injury recovery. He maintains clinical practice as a community physiotherapist in the Peak District region.

Teaching spans neurological content across pre-registration MSc/BSc and postgraduate physiotherapy programs, including clinical reasoning and complex case management modules.
