Chris Monaghan

Dr. Chris Monaghan is a **Senior Lecturer in Law** and **Director of the Constitutions, Rights and Justice Research Group** at the University of Worcester. He previously served as Head of the Law School and is Co-Convenor of the Society of Legal Scholars Public Law Section.
