Chris Lowe is an Adjunct Professor of International Negotiations and Diplomacy and Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs at the Argyros College of Business and Economics, Chapman University. Previously, he served as Director of Global Development and Public Affairs at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, held elected office on a city council and as Mayor, and was appointed as National Vice Chairman of the IRS Taxpayer Citizen’s Oversight Panel.
