Professor Chloe Orkin is a Consultant Physician at Barts Health NHS Trust (since 2003) and Professor of Infection and Inequities at Queen Mary University of London (appointed 2019). She founded an international therapeutic trials unit that developed 20+ novel HIV therapies, including the FLAIR study on long-acting injectable HIV treatment (NEJM, 2020).

Scientific Leadership: Key contributions to international mpox guidelines via SHARE-net collaborations and advocacy for the Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) campaign. She co-authored 15+ recent publications on long-acting HIV therapies, virological failure definitions, and pandemic-related health inequities.
