Dr. Chloe Nahum is a Bridget Riley Art Foundation Curatorial Fellow at The Courtauld Institute of Art, London. She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford (2023) via a Collaborative Doctoral Partnership with Imperial War Museums and an MA in modern British art from The Courtauld (2018). Her professional experience includes curatorial roles at Pallant House Gallery (2019) and Imperial War Museums (2022), where she contributed to the Blavatnik Art, Film, and Photography Galleries. In 2020, she curated the exhibition Mary Stephenson and Grace Pailthorpe: Fertile Spoon at Bosse & Baum, London.
Her work focuses on 20th-century art, curatorial practice, and the intersection of art with historical memory. Her PhD research, conducted with Imperial War Museums, further highlights her engagement with war-related cultural narratives.
