Chloe Gibbs is an Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame and a faculty affiliate of the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities. She previously served as a Senior Economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers (2022-2023). Her research focuses on the economics of education, evaluating policies targeting disadvantaged children and families, including intergenerational impacts of programs like Head Start, maternal employment linked to public education, and the role of 'soft skills' in educational and labor market trajectories.
