Chloe Armour

Chloe Armour is a Research Fellow at Imperial College London, affiliated with the Department of Chemical Engineering and the National Heart and Lung Institute. Her work focuses on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applied to cardiovascular diseases, including pulmonary hypertension and aortic valve modeling. She holds a BHF Centre of Research Excellence Fellowship and a PhD scholarship from Imperial's Chemical Engineering Department.

Research Interests: Chloe develops image-based CFD models to assess hemodynamics and aid non-invasive diagnosis of cardiovascular conditions. Her projects include creating a 'digital twin' for pulmonary hypertension and fluid-structure-interaction models of aortic valves. She integrates clinical imaging data (e.g., CT, MRI) to enhance diagnostic tools and clinical applications.
