Chivon Niziolek

Dr. Chivon Niziolek is a Program Chair at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School (2023), a Post Graduate Training certificate from Southern Illinois University (2012), an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School (2011), and a B.S. in Psychology from Northern Illinois University (2008). She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and licensed in Illinois.

• Research Focus: Contingency management, choice-making processes (e.g., choice overload, irrational decision-making), effort analysis, and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
• Expertise: Functional Behavior Assessment, problem behavior reduction, self-injury interventions, supervision training, and collaboration with non-ABA professionals.
• Community Roles: Member of Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis (ILABA), and advisory board member at North Shore Pediatric Therapy.

Her work applies behavioral principles to improve client and professional outcomes in clinical, educational, and residential settings.
