Chioma Dibia is a second-year PhD student and Tutor at the University of Edinburgh's School of Law, focusing on socio-legal analysis of racism in mental health systems. She holds a First Class LLB from Babcock University and a Distinction LLM in Medical Law and Ethics from Edinburgh, funded by the Edinburgh Doctoral College Scholarship.
