Chiara Dal Martello is a Teaching Professor at Arizona State University (ASU), affiliated with the School of International Letters and Cultures and the Global Education Office. She has taught Italian language and culture courses at ASU since 1996, focusing on fostering cultural awareness through language education. Dal Martello holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Linguistics from ASU and a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Urbino, Italy. She co-authored the widely used textbook Ciao! and has developed innovative courses on topics such as migration, film, food culture, and natural disasters.
