Cheon Sang Yee is an Associate Professor of Korean Linguistics and Director of the Korean Language Flagship Center at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her office is located in Moore Hall 352, reachable at (808) 956-2054 or scheon@hawaii.edu.

- PhD in Linguistics, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa
- MA in English Linguistics, Sookmyung Women's University
- BA in English Language and Literature, Sookmyung Women's University
Research Focus: Specializes in second language acquisition, Korean phonetics and phonology, advanced curriculum development, content-based instruction, and teaching Korean language and culture through media. Her work bridges linguistic theory with practical pedagogical applications.
