Dr. Chenkuan Li is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Brandon University, where he has been since 2002. His academic career includes roles at institutions such as the University of Alberta (Augustana), Cape Breton University, and the University of Lethbridge. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Regina (1994) and has published extensively in areas like fractional calculus, distribution theory, and algorithm analysis. His research focuses on fractional differential equations, generalized integral transforms, and network communication algorithms, including studies on average-case messy broadcasting in network topologies.
Research Interests:
- Mathematics: Distribution theory, fractional calculus, nonlinear differential equations, generalized integral transforms.
- Computer Science: Algorithm analysis, data networking, messy broadcasting in hypercubes and d-ary trees.
