Chengxin Xu

Chengxin Xu is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Public Service, Seattle University, within the College of Arts & Sciences. He holds a PhD from Rutgers University-Newark's School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA). His research focuses on public administration and nonprofit management, examining sector stereotypes, inter-sectoral collaboration, and the hybridization of nonprofit organizations' social missions with commercial practices.
