Chen-Fen Chen

Chen-Fen Chen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Welfare, Chinese Culture University (Taiwan), and a Harrison McCain Foundation Visiting Professor at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). Her research focuses on elder care systems, migrant caregiver dynamics, and labor market segregation in long-term care (LTC). She advocates for policy reforms to integrate migrant and native caregiver systems in Taiwan.
