Chelsey K. Llayton

Chelsey K. Llayton, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. She completed her PharmD at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy (2018), followed by a PGY-1 residency at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and St. Matthews Community Pharmacy (2019), and a PGY-2 Academic Pharmacy Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University (2020).
