Dr. Chayla Haynes Davison is an Associate Professor of Higher Education Administration at Texas A&M University's College of Education and Human Development. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Denver and a M.A. from Bowling Green State University. Her research focuses on critical and inclusive pedagogy, Black women's experiences in academia, and intersectionality. She has co-edited influential books such as Interrogating Whiteness and Relinquishing Power and Race Equity and the Learning Environment.

Her work addresses racial equity in STEM education, faculty development, and anti-racist teaching practices.
