Dr. Chau M. Chu is a Research Policy Fellow in the Department of Economics at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. She contributes to the Yorkshire and Humber Policy Engagement and Research Network (Y-PERN), a Research England-funded initiative fostering policy-relevant research.
Her research focuses on applied microeconometrics and regional economics, with particular emphasis on firm behaviors, performance, and the role of regional institutions. Her methodological expertise enables rigorous empirical analysis of economic dynamics at sub-national levels.
