Charlotte Kiland is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Management at the University of Agder. She holds a doctoral degree in political science from the University of Bergen (2015), focusing on leadership's impact on organizational change in institutionalized contexts. Previously, she served at the Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences, UiA from 2012-2019.
Her research focuses on public administration, organizational studies, and health governance, particularly addressing public reforms, institutional change, and management challenges. Key interests include policy implementation, intergovernmental coordination, and leadership dynamics in public sector transformations.
