Charlotte Berkes

Charlotte Berkes is an instructor in the SEA-PHAGES program at Merrimack College, teaching courses in phage discovery and genomics since 2014. She has instructed multiple sections of BIO1027 (Phage Discovery) and BIO2018 (Phage Genomics) courses, working with students to isolate and annotate bacteriophages using Mycobacterium smegmatis as a host.
