Charlie Irvine is a Senior Teaching Fellow at Strathclyde Law School, University of Strathclyde, where he leads the LLM/MSc in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. He is also a part-time doctoral candidate at Queen Margaret University, studying unrepresented parties' experiences in mediation. As Director of the University of Strathclyde Mediation Clinic, he provides free mediation services to 18 sheriff courts in Scotland. His research focuses on mediation ethics, mediator psychology, and access to justice.
