Charles White

Charles White is the Dean of the School of Business at Flagler College, where he holds the academic rank of Professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from The University of Alabama. His teaching focuses on business strategy, operations management, leadership, organizational behavior, communication, and innovation.

His research spans critical thinking in business education, ethical practices in management, personality dynamics in organizations, and historical applications of strategic management concepts. He has published in journals such as Journal of Education for Business, Journal of Management, and Academy of Management Learning and Education.

Charles’s work emphasizes improving educational methodologies, fostering ethical decision-making, and understanding interpersonal dynamics in leadership. His articles reflect a commitment to both theoretical rigor and practical applications in business education and organizational behavior.

He currently resides in St. Augustine and enjoys sailing in his free time. Office hours are held on campus Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
