Charles Morgan

Charles Morgan is an Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, with a 20-year career focused on neurobiological and forensic research in PTSD, eyewitness memory, and stress-related human performance. He has served as a forensic psychiatrist, testified at the International Tribunal on War Crimes, and advised U.S. Military Special Operations units. His work emphasizes resilience in elite soldiers and cognitive performance under stress.
