Charles Easley Jr., known as Chuck, serves as Professor of the Practice at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. He is affiliated with the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact (ILSI), where he advises on co-curricular programming addressing racism, inequity, and organizational and public policy. A proud Georgia Tech alumnus and former student-athlete, Chuck brings extensive corporate leadership experience to his academic role.
His educational background includes a BS in Industrial Management and a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech, graduating cum laude. He is a member of prestigious honor societies including Gamma Beta Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the ANAK Society, Georgia Tech’s highest honor.
Chuck's research and professional interests center on organizational behavior, leadership, and social impact. His expertise lies in business strategy execution, supply chain optimization, process improvement, and executive coaching. His career spans leadership roles at Walgreens, Lowe’s, and Kurt Salmon Associates, where he led transformation initiatives and global process excellence programs.
Though no peer-reviewed articles are listed, his work demonstrates a strong trend in applying business transformation principles to social equity and leadership development, particularly in organizational and public policy contexts.

Chuck has advised major strategic initiatives through his corporate roles and currently contributes to academic programming at ILSI. He founded and leads EPIC Performance Group LLC, a firm focused on performance improvement. He has served on numerous boards, including The Westminster Schools, Georgia Alumni Association, Georgia Tech Athletic Association, and Johnson C. Smith University College of Economics and Business.
He is actively involved in leadership and service, serving as a Rotarian and an elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA). His work creates a living laboratory for future leaders, integrating practical business acumen with social responsibility.
