Dr. Charles Bostater is an Associate Professor at Florida Institute of Technology's College of Engineering and Science, Department of Ocean Engineering and Marine Sciences. He directs the Marine & Environmental Optics & Remote Sensing Lab and the university's Remote Sensing Center. His expertise includes airborne hyperspectral imaging, radiative transfer modeling, and data fusion with photogrammetric engineering imagery.
