Charleen McNeill

Charleen McNeill, PhD, MSN, RN, is a Professor and Executive Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center's College of Nursing, where she joined in October 2022. She holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Tyler, an MSN from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a BSN from the University of Arkansas.

• Resilience in communities and healthcare systems
• Opioid utilization patterns
• Longitudinal studies on COVID-19 prevalence and antibody dynamics
