Dr Chantal Radley is a Research Fellow at Anglia Ruskin University, specializing in migration, international development, and Latin American studies. She holds an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London), and a PhD in Chilean migration and development from The Open University.

Her research focuses on human migration, refugees, diasporas, transnationalism, exile, and civil society movements in Latin America. She has collaborated on UK-based social development programs and works extensively with stakeholders on issues related to migration and social justice.
Chantal has contributed to projects such as Older EU migrants’ access to public services post-Brexit, Roma families’ engagement with children’s services, and Non-UK service transitions in the British Armed Forces. She co-leads the Diaspora Development/Race and Decolonisation Group at the Inter-University Migration Network.
