Dr. Chang Dong is an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at Durham University Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Decision Analytics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2019) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2020–2022). His research focuses on supply chain management, marketing-operations interface, and innovation in business models.
