Chandlee C. Dickey, M.D., F.R.C.P.C. is a Professor of Psychiatry and Clinical Director of Student Mental Health at Western University. She previously served as Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry and Chief of Psychiatry at St. Joseph’s Health Care London until October 2023.

Research Interests include neurobiology of social cognition deficits in schizotypal personality disorder, student mental health, and psychiatric education. She pioneered studies on gray matter abnormalities in personality disorders and developed innovative competency-tracking systems in medical training.

- American College of Psychiatrists inductee (2017)
As a leader, she expanded the Department of Psychiatry by 11 positions, strengthened residency programs, and advocated for physician wellness and equity initiatives. She now focuses on strategic planning to enhance student mental health services at Western University.
