Chalon Keller

Dr. Chalon Keller is a Professional Practice Associate Professor at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business, affiliated with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Marketing and Strategy departments. She teaches entrepreneurial leadership and operations management while serving as a Huntsman Scholars Cohort Mentor. Previously, she served as a Civilian Leader in the United States Air Force (2003-2017), specializing in process improvement initiatives for aircraft maintenance programs.

Her research examines workplace equity, productivity, economic development, and entrepreneurial leadership strategies. Publications explore organizational culture dynamics and innovation support systems.

Awards include back-to-back Undergraduate Mentor of the Year recognitions (2020-2021) and multiple Performance Awards from the Air Force for depot maintenance management excellence. She serves on the Board of Examiners for the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence.
