Bradley R Harroff

Bradley R Harroff serves as an Instructor of Acquisition Management at the Air Force Institute of Technology's School of Systems and Logistics, located at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. He functions as a Course Director and Instructor with primary responsibilities in developing and delivering foundational acquisition training for Air Force personnel.

Mr. Harroff specializes in acquisition education with expertise in leadership development, defense acquisition processes, and project management principles. His teaching focuses on equipping Air Force officers and civilians with essential skills for acquisition career fields. He orchestrates operations for SYS 107 (Introduction to Development Planning) as a distance learning course and serves as Course Director for REQ 211 (Air Force Capability Based Requirements).

His primary instructional responsibility is as team lead for FAM 103 - the Air Force's initial skills training course for officers in AFSCs 61, 62, and 63, as well as new civilians in the 1101 job series. This comprehensive training prepares personnel for acquisition management roles across the Department of the Air Force.

Prior to joining AFIT in 2015, Mr. Harroff served in multiple operational and program management roles during his Air Force career, including as an Instructor Navigator on the C-141B aircraft and Navigator on the MC-130H. His program management experience includes GPS User Equipment and Development Planning at HQ AFMC. Following retirement from active duty, he worked in industry managing aircraft engine projects before returning to Wright-Patterson AFB as a support contractor in the F-16 Program Office.
