Cezary Szyfman

Cezary Szyfman is a distinguished Professor at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, where he serves as Head of the Department of Vocal Pedagogy under the Faculty of Instrumental-Pedagogy, Music Education and Vocal Studies. He also holds a professorship at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Warsaw.

• Vocal and Acting Department, Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw (studied with Michał Szopski and Prof. Kazimierz Pustelak)

His career spans music education, historical performance practice, and interdisciplinary theatre collaborations. A specialist in vocal pedagogy and early music, he has advanced teaching methodologies for young musicians while maintaining an active performance schedule across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

As a juror at the Schola Cantorum Festival and frequent workshop leader, he shapes national standards in historical music interpretation.
