Cezar Alexandru VLÄDUȚ

Dr. Cezar Alexandru VLÄDUȚ serves as a University Lecturer at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest within the Department of Hydraulics, Urban Planning and Environmental Protection. He conducts research as part of the Wind Engineering team at the "Constantin Iamandi" Aerodynamics and Wind Engineering Laboratory.
