Cesar Revoredo Giha is a Professor at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC), affiliated with the School of Rural Economy, Environment and Society and the Department of Rural Development & Food Marketing. His expertise spans agricultural and food economics, with a focus on agri-food supply chains, international trade, and econometric analysis. He holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis, and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and supervising students across multiple institutions.
Education: PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics (University of California, Davis), M.A. in Economics (Georgetown University), Licenciatura in Social Sciences (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú).
His research interests include food security, dietary interventions, and the economic dynamics of agricultural supply chains.
