Prof. Dr. Cemal Onur Noyan is a renowned psychiatrist and academic at Uskudar University, holding the position of Professor in Psychiatry since 2023. Previously, he served in the Turkish Armed Forces, transitioning to civilian practice at Neuropsychiatry Hospital (NPİstanbul) in 2013. His academic career includes roles as an Associate Professor (2017–2023) and Deputy Head of the ÜSBAUMER Research Center. He specializes in addiction, neuroimaging, and psychiatric comorbidities, with contributions to studies on smartphone addiction, pandemic mental health impacts, and substance use disorders.
