Celine Latulipe

Dr. Celine Latulipe is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba, with prior tenure as a Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo (2006) and has a strong focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science Education, and technology support for older adults.
